Mr Toast

This bread is actually called Mister Toast. I made it into Monsieur Toast. Here's a great
discussion about my favorite breakfast, by Spilled Milk (but I prefer mine with cinnamon).

  I'm trying to find the perfect fruit bread (I don't like baking bread myself). I want it
  to be pretty dense, not all wheat, and the right amount of fruit and nuts (apricots,
  raisins, figs and walnuts). This particular bread was too soft and didn't roast that
  well. I will go for a bread hunt next weekend.

Toranaga's hats

I've been watching the tv-series "Shogun" the last couple of days, and my favorite
character is by far Lord Yoshi Toranaga, played by Toshirô Mifune. Lord Toranaga
is clever, wise and strong and also very fashionable! Just take a look at his hats:

This hat is very exciting. is it made of some kind of metal with white straps? it looks
hard, but the wavy rim makes it dreamy and soft.

This helmet is more serious with it's animal print (very chic) on the horns. It is clearly
made to impress and also probably my favorite.

Toranaga used this woman's hat to disguise himself.

This one is cute.

He wore this hat before seeing his treacherous brother. It has an austere feel to it, i
think.

I love him.
